**All items ship from the UK**
Once I have received your order I will dispatch your item within the time frame stated (just above the item's shipping prices). Very occasionally it will take longer, eg. for a very specific custom item, in which case I will ALWAYS contact you and let you know the time frame, giving you the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.

Unless otherwise stated, or requested by you, I send my items (over £25) tracked and insured. The method I use is Royal Mail "International Signed For". This will require a signature at your end. Their aim is to deliver within 5 working days, however some countries (especially the USA) have very stringent checks on all packages received from abroad, so they can be delayed when they reach your end. Please be aware that it is possible for your item to take up to 25 working days to reach you.

UK customers can expect to receive their items the next day after dispatch as I send either 1st class recorded, or via "Special Delivery".

Custom and personalized orders

Q. Do you ever accept returns on personalised/customised items?
A. Although I can't always accept returns/exchanges on customised or personalised orders, if you have an issue with your order, please do still contact me so that we can try to sort something out.

Sizing details

Q. What happens if I order something and it's the wrong size?
A. If you are a UK customer, in most cases I will happily resize it for you for no charge (although you will be responsible for postage costs). However, if you are an international customer, it might be quicker, easier and less expensive to get it resized at a local jeweller. Please contact me and we can discuss the best option for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. All of my jewellery comes beautifully packaged as standard (normally in a little box, with the exception of just a few pieces which come in a pretty little bag) ready to give as a gift.
